- Pre-Production Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your order before we begin production, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the stage of the order preparation. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
- Post-Production Cancellation: Once production has commenced, we generally cannot offer a refund as resources and time have been invested in creating your video.
- Non-Delivery: If for some reason you do not receive your videos within the agreed delivery time frame due to an error on our part, you are entitled to a refund. Please reach out to us if your delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeline.
- Major Defects: Although all videos go through quality control, unexpected errors can occur. If the final product has significant discrepancies from your original instructions and we are unable to correct these in a revised version, a partial refund may be considered.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: While we strive for your complete satisfaction, we cannot offer refunds based on personal taste or a change of mind after the videos delivery.
